- the hands look like the fingers were pulled backwards so work on that otherwise good drawing and thats awsome you could do that in just 10 minutes

- You have a nice style but I'd say work on your hands. Practice by drawing the box and cylinder structure of the hand in differnet poses. You can always Google and come up with hundreds of drawing tutorials! ^_^
