- great drawing, but I think when you use the colored pencils try to have it all going in the same direction like diagonal so it'll look a little more professional but still good work.

- There's a lot you need to work on. The body is weird looking, the hair is too stiff, it needs to flow more, the tail seems too stiff also. Her a** as a point too it... Oo [and yes, I am pointing that out. XD] Try getting a model/use your own body as a reference? .o.
