This image contains two character designs I've done for class. They are based on a dream I had a while back in which this scientist suddenly finds herself in the middle of the ocean and she has gills. She's completely lost until she meets a group of dolphins - one of which is especially good at communicating with humans. I plan to write out the full story at some point so don't even think of taking the idea, ok? ^_^v

the dolphin's dorsal is bending the wrong way
and some anatomical mistakes in the girl as well

- I do like the feel and colouration of the picture but there are some few flaws in both cratures anatomy. To me the arm seems to bend in a painful way. One of the legs is shorter than the other and one of the buttcheeks is smaller than the other. Minor flaws really. How often do ya see people from that angle? The dolphins tail seems too thin where it bends and the dorsal is a wee bit too thin aswell. Could also be a dwarf dolphin. It's pretty small. But regardelss the best I saw today.
