- Beautiful Job...the hair is exquisite...watch your shading along the nose...with the light hitting at that angle, there would be a slight shadow along that left edge...otherwise its exceptional biggrin

- your shading definitely creates some hard edges that are very uhmm...masculine? i think a little more blending would be nice on the face. the hair is pretty amazingly rendered. same with the jacket.. i get a good feel for the texture. a significant background might be nice.
