It's really good^^ though, I have some things to add...(because I had to XD)
the head is a bit flat, so u could draw a circle as basic, then add cheaks and fluff, ears and a cute face^^
If u want to get a prof in drawing eevee u could try tracing a printed eevee(dunno how to say in english... u know, one paper over another then trace the lines...) a couple of times, then, try trace just by llooking another eevee, then try ur own. I guarantee u it will work cuzz I did that, too^^ greetings me - Report As Spam

- Really good, you're getting better! A little thing to watch though is it's a bit too dark. There should be some more lighter colors. Look another distraction!!! Mwahahahaaa!
