You have to work on proportion a bit.
The coloring's nice. background too.
although the shading on Rin could be better. She looks pretty bright for it to be near dawn/sundown.
Work on that, and you'll be good to go ^_^

And I personally think that her perspective is wrong because her head is too small/her shoulders are too large
