The only thing I have to say that bugs me is the hair and folds in the girl's skirt. Not all the folds would be hooked. Yes, there would be a lot but it should also be overlapping and not as...stiff.
As for the hair you should try softer strokes and darken the ends. Don't be too messy or it looks like straw. :3 Which is what it looks like in that. ><
