About 7 hours of work to take pictuers to blend together. I maid the hair from scratch, and the main part of the tail as well.
Took parts from: A bikini model and a koi fish, along with basic photoshop shapes.
Please don't tell me that this is in the wrong arena's there isn't a photoshop arena, so I call it painting and drawing as it is what I view as the closest fit!

The colors of her fins look amazing. I love the deep green that is in the background. The bright blue on her fins are wonderful.
