The words closest to my avi says "We're all insane" and the words on the outter ban are just psychological words/terms.

The pink teddy bear, his name is Jelly Bean. He's an original character I made, he's also a teddy bear I made in real life.
The mushroom, it's an Alice In Wonderland thing.
