Anyway, I was quickly sketching a character's face of a re-make of the story Rapunzel I am writing, until I found myself adding a body, then a dress and a ribbon...

- 13 huh its pretty good but even if you are 13 here's some critique the legs will be further appart and larger it looks like its apart of the dress then the body and the hands need to be larger also but aside from that im in pure aww its awesome 3nodding

No, thats pretty good for a 13 year old! When I was 13, I didn't draw nearly as good. Love the hair. Keep at it!!!!
