His face looks really fat, try looking at a reference of how an anime face should look like; the chin should be pointed not round. And I agree with Narutoman14, he does look like Choji right now.

- you should make the eyes bigger to fit the size of the head. the left ear is bigger than the right so you should either make the left one smaller or the right one bigger. i would suggest making the left ear smaller. the face is to big and round as if he has no chin. i would say more but then my comment is to long already 1/5
