Just kind of like a mermaid type thing I did for someone,
it's very plain, yet, as my friend said
"has an air of elegance" , hence the name.
I'm especially fond of the colors I used,
as well as her ears.

The tail in the background seems a little cut off from the rest of the tail (the top part).
