Overall very cute. The design is nice and the expression is priceless. With that said it doesn't look at all like watercolor. It just looks like colored pencils, there doesn't seem to be any brushstrokes to indicate water was added. I say experiment more with the medium and manipulating water. Its a great medium (even tho it does take patience to work with) and I think your style will blossom with it.
