Created this for the guys at the Project A-Kon bbs who frequent a 'Lounge' called the ROC (I have now forgotten why it's called that x.X)
Yes, influenced by Cowboy Bebop for this pic, I was however more interested in the skin tone, as well as the lighting. I don't think the 'ROC Lounge' in bg turned out as well as I had hoped ^^;
There is 2 names to it as whilst I did make it for them, only 2 people commented on it, when it's frequented by like, hundreds. Was not impressed ^^; ah well t - Date: 10/29/2003

- Lovely shading, really creates a mood... A glass of something in the left corner could have added to the lounge feel, though that's just a thought I had... Great job!
