This is hikaru minami (at least here is the way he's supposed to look) I spent a long time making it and fixing it and ( for those who know code geass this is what I created out of looking at a scene out of the actual series.. ( but again it just took a very long time to make it look like the that and also I'll be using this in my anime so stay surfing for it ^_^ .").
