Description:
i posted the original recently and personally i prefer the coloured version. the bricks FREAKED out and i am currently sorting out this problem. (how would the building be able to stand?) the legs and hands died but i would still like tips on how to improve. proportions are wrong too. i'm only 13 and i haven't drawn in a while so sorry for the inconvieniences (bricks)....

- When you're drawing try to imagine the body as a series of geometric shapes. From a side view the hips are going to be a slight oval, the torso will be a skinny egg shape and from there you can draw in guidelines from the clavicles to the arms and lets. Once that part is done the surface contours are easy. ^_^ This is a great piece and you're very talented for your age.

- It's ok, I'm only 13 too! Well, my recomendations are-unless you already do this- use guidelines. I used to never use guidelines, but once I did, my drawing improved a lot!! If you need help, just look at how to draw books and it'll show you just how to make your guidelines. 5/5 =D

- If you want anime hands, obviously look at anime. I'll let you inon a lil somethin somethin, though. When drawers make fingers, they will usually make them with a little point, and the nail only goes down on both sides, not the top or bottom.
