This is Sailor Pluto from Sailor Moon, she is my second favorite character.
I drew this on paper first, took a pic, uploaded it and started coloring it on adobe photoshop elements 2.0. Line art done by hand because I don't have a pen tool on my photoshop and everything was colors by me using a tablet. I spent 5 hours working on this and I'm VERY pleased on how this came out. This is my first time drawing Sailor Pluto.

- its so sad that neither pluto or moon is a planet. i mean, they are big giant balls of rock too! thats discrimination against planets and big things of rock!

- very unique! i never see art of anyone but sailor moon! which is weird, on the account that the moon is NOT a planet... but, apparently, neither is pluto anymore... aww... i has a sad for poor pluto...
