Good job for a first time. Here's what I would suggest.
1) try drawing a base to the person, draw a stick person, then add the shape of the body, then the details, makes it look 100% better.
2) keep a picture of a person net to you for reference (it helps) - Report As Spam

Mm yeah, it hard to see.
But from what i can tell it would be a little better
if you didn't make the guys face as wide.
But not bad for a first time.
