Full title it supposed to be 'Queen Garnet Til Alexandros XVII' but it didn't fit.
Garnet from Final Fantasy IX. I love her royal clothes though for a Queen, I thought it was a little plain, so I added the wrap and shoulder guard. The Staff is inspired by one of her weapons in the game. I know her head is a little weird, blame it on my poor perspective. This is the uncolored version and the one I prefer.
