The face and hair are a little off, but I was mainly just focusing on her form.
I used Photoshop Elements 5.0

- The raised leg's length is a little out of proportion, work on your foreshortening skills. I'm going to disagree with elswere and say that she does not look pregnant, she looks healthy.

Nice form and I know you pointed this out, just wanted to say that you should try and practice on the shading in the thighs.
