The skin color makes him look like he has a sun burn and the left hand is... twisted the wrong way. The left ear should be smaller than the right because of the angle and... you use the blur tool... a lot. XD Just try to take into account the anatomy and abuse the blur tool less. =D
(Sorry if I come across as harsh in my critique. I'm really not that great at sugar-coating things. I hope you continue, because you're showing really promising talent!)
