It seems like you're describing a tsundere character that reminds me of Amu Hinamori from Shugo Chara.

- hm, (in my opinion...) she looks like the kind of gal who is tough on the outside. she seems to have issues opening up to people and keeps her emotions locked in. she acts tough to hide how afraid she is of the outside world and especially how afraid she is to get CLOSE to someone special....but that's only my opinion.
