Well really i dont know if she is anime or not bc her eyes r big but i drew it intending to make realistic looking eyes XD I failed badly though. - i would go with the guy two comments ago, except, i cant draw real people to save my life. but i CAN draw anime. the proportions need work, but overall, i think it is really good. i really like the face and hair!

- If realistic was your intention, you kinda missed that. Proportions are way too off to be realistic. Look at pictures of actual humans as you draw, not anime. You need to learn how to draw a real human being before you can even think of branching out into any stylized things. That's the cold hard truth, sweetie. But keep at it! Anything can be achieved with a effort.

ok no offense but in real life, u only acrobats could balance like that. if you want a picture to have an overall good appearance, everything has to make sense. also, its a little bare of color and shading, and the upper leg is too long. 1 other thing, id work on that angle
if i could recomend something, id redraw this using my advice without looking at your old picture and see what you come out with - Report As Spam
