- The pencils come with a tin case to protect them and have a huge verity of colors to choose from. They also sharpen quite nicely. Now if traditional isn't your forte, then you can color in a paint program such as Photoshop, Gimp, Coral Painter, or Paint tool Sai.

- if you would like something that will color well for traditional art, i recommend getting Prisma Color Color pencils. They are a bit more expensive but are made of wax. You can blend them nicely and they have a wonderful sheen to them.

- I would highly recommend a better brand of pencil. Though you seem to have great skill with crayolas, their lead is way too hard to do any blending/shading... naturally this is only a suggestion, but I think you'd have a lot of fun with prismacolor. I'm fairly novice, and I seem to get some good results with them. biggrin
