Yup. That's Eevee. From Pokemon.
Eevee's the cutie pie of all of the 'lutions. Very sweet and kind of courageous, but also still a child so he's got a lot to learn. He's a constant victim of Vaporeon's dress-up schemes, so here he is all prettied up.
