- Description: Rixec, he's my Organization XIII/Kingdom Hearts OC that I made a little while ago over on deviantART, and I thought I'd never draw him when I first had. The original concept was that he had a mask over his face and he never takes it off, but now with his power being that of ink I decided the markings of the mask would be attached as a facial tattoo. So, yeah. Done in MSPaint.
