- her fingers are sorta, deformed? and some parts of her clothing is creased unnaturally , overall its pretty good, well done ^^

good shading, but it's kinda easy to tell that you used your finger or something to smudge it, because the shading goes outside of her body... try to use a smaller eraser to trim the edges...
hmm... also, composition seems a bit off on this... is she a mermaid? Or is she a dragon? Her lower half doesn't seem to make sense... try to use shading to your advantage, and make it clear what body part of clothing piece is more in the foreground.
