its cute, i like the concept to be completely honest and dont worry i cant draw a guy for my life dear god it's the hardest thing but you did nice, just work on it a little with their faces and yea. Great job!

- watching Katanagatari. Watching or reading Rozen Maiden can help with that dress, and watch Kuroshitsuji for work on that butler (thats who he reminds me of). I'm a strict Catholic, but that's way too many crosses for one picture. Other than that... 4/5 for being better than a lot I've seen on here and for your effort.

- ... looks like you know only the basics of doing heads and work of lighting and tried to emphasize on that to make your drawing look good, I like the position you tried to do, but it needs work. It won't save you from my criticism if your a noob. The hair Shape is good, but you need to work on VOLUME and FORM. The lace and ruffles need A LOT of work (not to mention the butler uniform, which I recommend you reference the anime Hayate no Gotoku for help with). The way you do your eyes I suggest...
