Well I love Sailor Moon and I combined all the aspects of my fav sailor scouts and Shana from TLOD and I always thought it'd be cool to have a Sailor Nebula... so yea.
I used GIMP2 to do the coloring and it's my first time- I used a previously saved picture I drew a long time ago of 'Sailor Nebula'

- Brilliant. One suggestion: ponytail is a little over-smeared and lacks definition in comparison to the piece as a whole.
