Just peeking out from the bandage revealing an eye.
The person/thing I was trying to portray is just someone who has been through a lot of devastation just recently and was covered in bandages and now they are finally able to peek out again. - Date: 12/31/2008

- I saw this photo and thought that the subject was a dirty hobo that was beaten up and taken to the hospital. I don't see any expression in your one eye. Being blinded by bandages, one would believe the person's eyes to show relief and joy at seeing again.

- Hmm... I must agree that a black wall would have emphasized the bandages more. I believe that if it were in black and white, that would REALLY emphasize the meaning. ^^ Other than that, I really like it.
