• The static on the little radio is silenced by a garbled manly voice coming through the speaker into the ears of a disoriented and frightened group of people.
    "Rei! What happened What's your position?"
    A woman wearing all black with a black leather jacket that, in the middle where it is fastened, is corset-like, wearily replied.
    "I-i don't know Capt'n! We-we Were flung into a portal by an unknown force and now we're completely surrounded by darkness!"
    "We're currently trying to track your location..." there is a short pause, ".. Fuku-taichou Rei Takashi, you and your team are currently stuck in a void between the planet Earth and the world Huec--", The comfort of her captains voice is cut short and replaced by the eerie static from before. Frantic, the woman repeatedly calls out for her captain, but all that answers is the static.
    " Fuku-taichou, what are we going to do?!" asks a fellow, frightened group member.
    "I don't know Marik, i don't--", a loud ear splitting shriek goes throughout the group, deafening Reis' voice.
    Suddenly, a cry of pain comes from beside her, followed by a horrid sound of bones breaking and the sound flesh being ripped apart.
    Hot, sticky liquid splashes onto her left cheek as what ever is attacking their group feasts on a fallen member. As it slowly runs down her delicate skin, she doesn't touch it. She already knows What it is.

    Hearing more howls come from behind her and the group, Rei unsheathes her katana that is attached to her belt. Activating her night vision and heightening her senses, she spins around and crouches into her fighting stance.
    As she slashes at the monster coming at her, she tells her group to unsheathe their weapons and activate their night vision. More monsters appear before the group. Rei, fighting off two at a time, is shocked at the monsters appearances.
    They seem to be gigantic cross bred animals, taking on the head of a crocodile and body of a gorilla. Rei also notices That the monster's faces are covered by a bone mask. As Rei is analyzing their features, a long, scaly rat tail hits her legs, knocking her off balance and allowing the monster that she is fighting to pin her under its talons and knocking her sword from her grip.
    As Rei tries to free herself, see turns her head to see how the group of seven, newly graduated members are doing and is horrified by the sight.
    The small group is out numbered and the members are quickly being picked off. The only members left now are Marik and a young girl named Joan.
    "RUN YOU GUYS, RUN!!!!!", Rei's efforts to get them to flee are futile, the girl is stabbed in the chest by a long claw and Marik is quickly jumped and eaten alive.
    As the two peoples screams subside, Rei turns her head back around and allows her instincts to immidatly take control. As her instincts take control, Rei's body instantly becomes five times stronger and rapidly grows to fifty times stronger. the sudden surge of power quickly vaporizes the beast that was about to take her head off, along with the ones surrounding her.
    As Rei's body reverts to that of her ancestors, her skin becomes ten times stronger than steel and covered by onyx scales. Her shirt and jacket are blown off as black velvet wings shoot from her back. Her feet tun into talons that resemble those of a dragon and her eyes turn gold.
    Absorbing the darkness that surrounds her and the beasts, she forms a massive red energy ball in her hands. Rei then takes flight. As she soars into the inky darkness she fires the mass of energy at the extensive group of monsters below her.
    An awesome red light soon envelopes the beasts and they quickly vaporize within a matter of seconds. As the light dims, Rei begins to fall, the amount of energy she had collected and fired was to great for her twenty-year-old body. During mid fall Rei passes out and doesn't notice that some one had been watching her battle from far away. The man calls for re-enforcement to retrieve her and take her to his Lord's palace. He thinks about killing her due to her easily passing out after one fire of an energy blast that could match his cero, but decides against it. Apparently his master had foresaw her arrival to Earth and diverted her to the passage between Earth and Their world Hueco Mundo. Aizen had said that Rei could be a powerful asset to their army and that is why the man decides not to kill the woman that he has already labeled "trash".
