I was walking around, when I heard the strange beeping. With my hand to my ear, A voice came out.

"David, this is Mr. Plen, I'm here to guide you. The device you are speaking into is called the codec. If you have any questions, call me. My frequency is 140.85. If you need to take a break from here, simply call 140.96, and I'll keep the mission on hold. If you want to continue, just call 140.96 again. If you look in your pocket, you'll find a radar. This is the Soliton Radar. This shows where you are, and where your enemies are. My daughter is lost in there somewhere. If you happen to find her, contact me.
