• On a very dark night near a large lake in the shape of a crescent moon the moon is shining so brightly that the water seems almost white. Somewhere near a beautiful, huge, black wolf silently jogs through the long grass of the plain. When the wolf stops for a drink, once he looks down into the lake he sees something. He sees a Beautiful white wolf staring straight at him. Her huge golden eyes he starts whimpering. To his surprise the wolf whimpers back at him. Now he is puzzled. Why is this beautiful white wolf not walking away? A beautiful wolf such as herself MUST have partner already. He tries to touch noses with her. All he feels is the water though. He jumps at her to play but just ends up jumping in the lake. He tests her and starts pacing back and forth. She moves at his every move. He starts barking gotting angry. This Large wolf just can't seem to mate and has been feeling unhappy. But then this beautiful wolf appears with no mate. He believes he has a chance. Soon he starts getting angry. Is she MOCKING him?! He starts biting the water. She does the same but he just bites the water and eventually falls down exhausted as she does the same. As he falls asleep he watches her eyes close also. As morning comes the lake is now at a pinkish color to reflect the sun. When the wolf wakes up all he sees is himself. Disapointed and sad he walks off to look for another single wolf. He will never see the most beautiful wolf again.
