Prologue
The small ship struggled to stay afloat above the waves, and in the storm we all were stuck in, I knew there was no gettig out of it.
"Our Father, who art in heaven, hello be thy name, thy kingdom come, thy will be done, on Earth, as it is on heaven, give us this day, our Daily Bread, and forgive us our tresspasses, as we forgive those, who tresspass against us, and lead us not, into temptation. Ame-"
All prayers turned into hurried murmers of forgiveness and thanks as a large wave broke out over head. Some people made the sign of the cross and huddled to whom they had came with, while others closed their eyes and went on with their prayers, if their throat wasn't tight with anticipation. My heart beat faltered.
There above me, was the wave. I could see nothing other than it curling above. I could taste nothing but it's precise taste of salt. I could feel nothing other than it's spray of mist upon my skin. I could smell nothing but the smell of fishes and algae. I could hear nothing but it's roar from over head.
As the wave folded over, my lungs fought for air, but all I could take in was the salty water, burning my nose and throat. The pressure against my ears made me dizzy and soon a numb, black darkness began to take over, muddling my thoughts and making it finally impossible to see the I what I could barely see before with my eyes open.
So as the large, angry wave folded over the small struggling ship and died out, so did the dying cries of the members on-board.
