• PREFACE

    My eyes full of worry as I watched my friend walk down the street with a person I was sure was no good. I didn't turn my back on them, I was to scared to and when they were half way down the street talking. The man turned his head and grinned the twisted smile my friend loved. How could she love it? It showed the true evil, demonic, dark side of him; all the same she walked down the street with him hand in hand not even turning to wave good-bye. The man and her friend where out of sight his friends came like he promised. When they did the promise went through my head once more.

    "Elisabeth do not try to stop the path your friend has picked if she wants to die let her" he grinned. "Micheal if you put one hand on her I will come back to you and I will kill you" she growled as his breath ran over her neck. He circled her over and over again "would you hunt me then my kind because of your friend's choice..." I cut him off. "Shut up! she doesn't know what she is getting herself into you know she doesn't know your kind!" a tear ran down my face as he got closer. "Now Elisabeth I don't think that is fair on my account. I told her if she accepted me she might get hurt or even die. She didn't want to let go" He tried wiping the tear from my eye but I slapped his hand away "don't touch me...or my friend" he grinned "I promise when I get to your friend you won't have to look for my I will come to you and kill you my self or I will just let my friends kill you that is my promise to you now good-bye."

    I shivered and stared at the friends of the monster not vampire, not werewolf, not demon, not human nor animal. No one knew what they were but I called them "Savio's" Italian for clever and bright. They all grinned at me and I screamed.

    Chapter one

    Elisabeth eyes snapped open as her teacher smashed his ruler on her desk "do you enjoy failing math?" Mr.Write asked as I looked up. His eyes seemed to have joy in them but then can he loves to yell at us. "Yes, because I just love getting grounded because of your grades Mr.Write." He smacked her up side the head which the school seemed to let because he did it all the time. "Elisabeth, do you want to repeat the 8th grade?" He asked now that she couldn't be a smarty pants "no sir" she growled. He grinned "well then I will give you one more chances don't sleep in my class and studied and you might pass." Then he went back to teaching Elisabeth smiled and gave him a dirty look behind his back then she heard "Elisabeth go to the office and explain to the principal why we have been there five times this week." She screamed "What the heck! Why?!" she stared at him until she was dragged out of the class room. She would enjoy slapping Mr.Write in the face one of these days. She walked into the office that smell like mints as always. When she saw the girl working at the desk she smiled and said "hi Mrs. T" she smiled back at me. "Hello Elisabeth" she pointed her to the principal and sighed "why get on his good side?". She frowned "because he's a jerk who needs to go jump in a hole and die." She laughed and smiled at Elisabeth. "Please just stay on the principals good side?" Elisabeth nodded and walked away. When the principal saw her he sighed.


    "Hello Elisabeth, what is it today" She sat down "hello sir Mr. Write..." she was cut off by him "don't say anymore go to fifth period when the bell rings then come back her for your punishment." She nodded and left into the other room until the bell rang then she went to fifth period. It went by quickly along with 6 and 7th period then 8th slowed down a bit. After school she want to the principal and she got detonation. She walked into the class room she saw a guy and smiled he was drop dead beautiful. "Hi" she whispered as she sat down by him. "Hey my names Micheal Savio" oh that was fast she thought when he said that "hi I'm Elisabeth Wick." He smiled and his teeth shined "well what is a hot girl like you doing in a boring place like this?" She laughed and grinned. "Mr. Write..." he cut her off "I understand." She smiled and yawned "why are you in her shouldn't you be on a date with some girl?" he seemed to laugh a twisted laugh that she was already in love with. "I got caught with a dagger" he said showing her a twisted dagger with a blue and brown handle. "Wow" she said as she took it and played with it "want it?" he asked "yeah" she said looking at him with shocked eyes "I have a lot more like that." Cool she thought putting the dagger in her book bag. Then she yawned "talk to you later?" she asked "okay" he said. She laid her head down and fell asleep. She woke up later when something hit her in the back of the head "what?" she said getting up confused. Then she saw him wink at her then turn his head right as the principal walked in "you kids my leave" he said walking back out. "It has been an hour?" Elisabeth said getting up Micheal smiled. "Yeah its 5:00" she turned to him "What!" he grinned "you late?" she nodded and he just grinned and grabbed her hand leading her to a red mustang sitting out side. "I got you" he whispered as he pushed her into the car she laughed and they took off when he got in. "Wow" she whispered when she saw how fast he was going, 120. "Umm could you slow down?" he just grinned. Stopping at her house "have fun" he said kicking her, with his foot, out of the door. She was yelled at when she got through the door then grounded and sent her to her room at 8:00 she fell asleep.

    Chapter 2

    His cooled breath ran out of his mouth over her neck, then he legs, then her arms it felt good but weird so Elisabeth snapped her eyes open. There he stood over her running his breath over her. A shadow of a man then the light went over it and that showed Micheal."What the heck she shot to the back of the bed "how did you get in here?" she almost cried. He just grinned and growled a little purr (perv). "Micheal beat it" she growled and started standing up but he tackled her and pinned her down "come down girly or you'll wake up your parents now I wouldn't want me dinner ruined." She screamed and he smacked her then growled like a monster. She started to cry "what do you want" he lifted her chin and making her show her neck "I told you dinner." She closed her eyes and whispered "are you a vampire?" he laughed the twisted smile she always hated "oh honey no I'm way worse lets just call me a hmmm...." I opened my eyes "Savio?" She had take two years of Italian. "Yes sure now time for you to die my dear" he whispered. Then she reached Elisabeth kicked him off and grabbed the dagger from her book bag she had thrown on the floor (thank you for laziness). She stabbed at him and final he howled in pain she had got him.

    Her glared at her then looked down at the blood on his stomach "you little witch" he growled taking the dagger out and throwing it on the floor. Micheal ran off jumping out her window she heard him growl one more time then he was gone....for now.
    She smiled but when she laid down she couldn't fall back asleep it was to much to fight a monster then fall asleep.
