• ‘Hello, I’m Wayland, and this is Calianne.’ Wayland said, from the time I was changed I don’t use my real name.
    A man with blonde hair came forward. ‘Hello, this is my family, Esme, Edward, Bella, Renesmee, Jasper, Rosalie, Emmett and Alice, and I am Carlisle.’ He said.
    I felt Bella’s eyes staring at me; I didn’t look up at her. ‘We heard a baseball game, we thought we’d come see if we could play, if it’s alright with you.’ Wayland said.
    I looked to see Carlisle’s response. ‘Of course, we need the extra players.’ Carlisle said.
    I felt Wayland tug on my hand, we were to play on the outfield with, Bella, Edward and, Carlisle. I stayed by Wayland, He played first base and short stop and I played second base. We played until it seemed we no longer heard thunder.
    They invited us back to their home. We ran after Carlisle, Esme, Edward, Bella, Alice and Jasper. I heard Edward say ‘There will be no trouble with these two; I just don’t feel comfortable with them, especially the girl, Calianne.’
    I waited for someone else to say something. ‘Edward, she looks scared.’ I heard Bella say.
    “She is scared, I can feel it.’ Said Jasper. I felt Wayland’s fingers thread through mine, I felt better with him by me. We reached the house. When we walked in, I felt so out of place, Wayland comforted me, rubbing his thumb in circles on the back of my hand.
    ‘Please come in.’ asked Esme. They lead us to the living room, Wayland and I stood by the wall of windows. The others either sat or stood, I felt Bella looking at me, I kept my face down towards the floor my hair falling off my shoulders and covering my face.
