• It was the usual time for me. The end of work. The end of the day. Nearly the end of my bus journey. The bus made an unexpected stop, well for my journey anyway. A man came up the steps and sat in front of me. I wish I hadn’t been late for my normal bus. It always had a camera. The minutes felt like hours. I look out the window. I feel light-headed. Pain shoots through me. My teeth hurt. My head now spinning. My eyes close.

I open my eyes. I come face to face with my white ceiling. Something felt...unusual. Like I was floating. I look down. My body was underneath my quilt, upon my bed. No, no floating. I walk to the bathroom. It felt like I was gliding. Yeah, me glide, don’t make me laugh. I take a shower. I do the rest of my business and begin on my hair. I notice two red marks on my neck. They hurt. I let it slip by. I went down where my breakfast of eggs was waiting for my. I try to eat them. My stomach wouldn’t allow it. I left on an empty stomach for school. I realise I was looking at people, but why? Why all of a sudden do I find other people fascinating? Pain shoots through my head and I leave biology to go to the bathroom. I made it and collapse to the floor in pain. What is happening? Why do I feel like this?

“Where is that retard, when I get my hands on her she’ll be sorry.” Stacey fumes.
“Look she just missed part of biology, it’s not like she’s trying to turn people into blood thirsty beings” Char, reasons. Screams, along with the chaos of running fills their distant ears. Shooting each other a confused they choose to investigate. They see their friend Georgia running after them. “You just had to speak Char didn’t you.”
“What are we going to do? What are we going to do?” they shout running down in circles, like headless chickens...if they existed...and were alive. They began running into walls and down the stairs of the school trying to find the mate they had lost to the undead.

“Right, A team go to science, B team, technology, C-” the brown hair teen was cut of by a crash.
    “Ow, a window.” Char says.
“No, it is windows.” Stacey argues.
    “Window.”
“Windows.” The teen walks over to the window or windows and opens it up.
“May I help you, but make it quick we have a vampire to sort out, possibly kill.”
“No don’t kill her please!” Stacey begs.
“Give us a good reason not to.” he replies simply.
“Because she has yet to bite someone. Plus she is our friend.” Char says.
“Fine we will spare her life is she is your mate,” he begins, “I may be able to turn her back, I will have to inject my blood into her.”
“Why yours, what makes you so good?” Stacey snaps.
“Nothing unless you’re a guy then a can’t use your blood.”
    “Why?” Char questions.
“Because a male human’s blood injected into a vampire who has yet to feast will save her soul from the life of the undead, making her a human again.”
    “Fine.” Stacey agrees.
    “Ok the plan-”
“What is your name?” Char asks.
    “Mikey.”
“What like Mikey Way who me and Gee are planing on nicking his birth certificate and turning her name into Milky Way.” Char mumbles on.
    “Umm yeah.” he says confuse.

They watch as Georgia steps onto the cross. “Now!” he shouts, she looks stuns as her vision fades. “Nice shot Stacey.”
“No problem.” she grins. Mikey gets and empty needle, draining his blood. He injects her in the arm. They wait minuets for the blood to kick in, but nothing.
“She’s not breathing and it’s been three minuets.” Stacey panics.
“Mouth to mouth, thanks Mikey it means a lot to us.” Char says.
“Huh b-” Char stops his protesting by pushing his mouth into hers.

The pain is still there. It hurts a lot. I begin opening my eyes and see a guy kissing me. I push him off. “Eww that is disgusting.” I shout rubbing my mouth.
“Yes she’s back!” I was attacked by my friends.
    “Umm, yeah.” I say uneasy.
“You should thank Mikey for saving you” Char says.
“Who?” they turn around and he disappeared.
“He’s a vampire?” Stacey asks confuse.
“Only the vampire who turns someone can turn them back, but the person they change must walk among the undead again.” we all turn to see a brown hair guy standing there. “I’ll wait. I mean I’ve got centuries, you however only have until you’re all eighteen until you join my clan of the dark. We are creature who barely feel. We are empty, and as I change you next time it will be forever in shadow of purgatory.”
“Wow sort of emo.” I say. He grins, disappearing waiting to change me again.
