• One day, in the depths of our subconciense, the emotions gathered around the fountain of thought. Sadness stood next anger. Love was hugging regret. Happiness was joking around with sillyness. And curiosity was holding a flower. Knowledge was lecturing Pride about not bragging and bravery was kicking some rocks. Impulsivity, always the first to talk, said: "We have nothing to do. Nothing to play. And we've got left is our names. Lets get together and play a game." Sadness moaned. He wasn't in the mood. Anger whined and regret stayed silent. Happiness giggled: "What a splendid idea!" Pride stepped infront of knowledge and raised his hand. "I want to play... I mean... I am the best at this game." He bragged. Bravery got annoyed and yawned. Sillyness, who stood silent, raised an eye brow. "Nuh-uh! i'm better."

"No, you're not! I am!" Bravery declared.

    "Actually, I'm the smartest one."

"So?" Pride peeked next to him.

"So... I have a better percent at winning."

"Not necessarily." Love said. "Knowledge, you're to knocked up. You have to learn how to relax. Live life. Spread the love." Love said with it's lingering eyes. Impulsivity smiled a grin. "Okay... let's play..." Impulsivity leaned on the fountain and began counting. All of the other emotins ran to hide around the garden. All except sadness, who was dragging it's feet across the ground.

"Fifty-eight, fifty-nine,SIXTY! Ready or not, here I come!" Impulsivity said as she finished counting. Sadness sat down behind a rock and sighed.

Impulsivity looked around the entire garden. It was hard, but she managed to fnd them all. Everyone was in the fountain. They all lost to her. Impulsivity decides to count them just to make sure she's got them all. "Nine? We're supose to be eleven including me." she recount them to make sure if she was right... there were only eight feelings on the fountain. Whos' missing?

    Sadness,
    Love,
    Hapiness,
    Sillyness,
    Anger,
    Regret,
    Knowledge,
    Bravery,
    Pride,
    and Impulsivity.

    .......

Impulsivity gasped. "CURIOSITY!!!" They all looked around. Curiosity was sitting on the other side of the fountain, twirling a flower with the tip of his fingers while humming a song and swining it's legs. He didn't really noticed the other emotions were playing to test who was better. He was to drawn into his flower to notice. Impulsivity ran to him and tagged him. "Hah! Now I win." she said with a hint of pride.

"Um technically... Curiosity won. Even though he didn't noticed, he did tagged... touched the fountain." Knowledge expalined. Impulsive turned to Curiosity, still focused on his plant.

He smiled and looked up with his lingering eyes and said: "Nobody's best... we're all the same and yet very different..."

Ever since then, the emotions never argued about who's best......

    Except Pride.
