• I showed Scott his room and then I showed him mine. "If you need anything just let me know and I'll get it for you" I said smiling warmly at him to make him feel at ease in his new house. "I think we start school tomorrow, the only thing I hate is that they have uniforms" Scott said making a face as though someone had offered him spinach. "Well at least we'll be in the same grade and have the same classes." I looked at him stunned. "Why do we have the same classes?" I asked. "It's becuase I need to keep an eye on you at all times" he said seriously. "Oh......umm.....I'll let you get settled and then I'll come get you when it's time for dinner" I said. "Thanks" he said. I went across the hall to my room. When I walked in someone popped out from the closet and said, "Boo." I was so shocked I screamed and fainted dead away. When I awoke there was a crowd of people standing above me. One of them was Ian, the other was Scott, and then there was Katerina with my uncle. "Ash, are you okay?" Ian asked anxiously. "Yeah I'm fine, I guess I was just a little shocked" I said smiling to show everything was okay. Scott put his warm hand under my neck to help me sit up. I noticed Katerina crying. I pulled her to me. "Kat, what's wrong?" I asked stroking her hair. "I didn't mean to make you faint, I just wanted to show you a suprise" she said crying. "Don't worry, you didn't do anything wrong, you're really good at scaring people" I said smiling at her. I loved her so much, if I ever saw her get hurt I don't know what I would do. "Really" she said sniffling and wiping away tears. "Yes" I said. I looked at the clock it read 10:15 p.m. "It is time for you to go to bed missy" I said tapping her on the nose. "Okay" she said grabbing Ian's hand. "Ian will you read me a story and tuck me in?" "Ofcourse I will" Ian replied leading her out of the room. Before leaving he looked back at me. "Take care of yourself Ash" he said. I ran to him and kissed him lightly on the cheek. "Don't worry about my Ian" I said. He walked out of the door with my uncle. Katerina was skipping behind them. "That was quite a dramatic scene" Scott said from my room. I rolled my eyes and flopped down next to him. Scott looked me in the eye. "I was truly scared when I heard you scream" he said brushing my cheek lightly with his hand. Instantly my heart sped up. "Do you believe in love at first sight?" he asked in a whisper. And right then I realized that I did. And it all started when I met him. Scott, I'm in love with you. One can't just get over their feelings can they.
