    Eunhyuk walked towards the figure sitting on the bench with a happy feeling. He wanted to confess his feelings to her that day. He felt overjoyed.

    When he stood behind her, he closed her eyes as he smiled. She placed her hands on his and tried to pull it away from her eyes but Eunhyuk still didn't let go.

    "Hyuk Jae, please stop it." She said as she started to pout.

    "Jee Yun you look so cute." Eunhyuk said when he let go and sat next to her.

    "So, why did you want to meet me?" Jee Yun asked.

    "I have something to tell you." Eunhyuk said.

    "Me too." Jee Yun said.

    "Really? What is it?" Eunhyuk asked.

    "No, you say it first since you asked me out." Jee Yun said.

    "Okay... Umm... Jee Yun?" Eunhyuk called out her name.

    Jee Yun looked at Eunhyuk as she anticipated what he would tell her.

    "I... I love you and i hope you can accept me to be your boyfriend instead of just best friend." Eunhyuk said quickly and sincerely.

    Jee Yun's facial expression changed into a dark one. She looked down as soon as he said it.

    "Why Jee Yun?" Eunhyuk asked as he expression darkened.

    "I... I'm sorry Hyuk Jae. I... I can't." Jee Yun said softly.

    "Why?" Eunhyuk said as he tried to smile.

    "I... What i wanted to tell you was that I already got myself a boyfriend." Jee Yun said as she looked at Eunhyuk with a sad look.

    "I'm sorry." Jee Yun said.

    "But, i hope that we can still be best friends. Hyuk Jae, Please?" Jee Yun said to Eunhyuk as tears welled in her eyes.

    "Yeah of course. I totally understand." Eunhyuk said as he tried to smile at her.

    "Thanks." She said as she left.

    "Yeah." Eunhyuk whispered softly to himself.

    Tears started to fall from Eunhyuk's eyes. He kept on wiping on it but it would still fall. Just then, his cellphone rang. Eunhyuk wiped his tears and answered his call.

    ~PHONE CALL~

    Junsu: Hyuk Jae, so what did she say?

    Eunhyuk: No.

    Junsu: What do you mean 'no'?

    Eunhyuk: She has a boyfriend so she said no. Junsu ah, i need you. I feel so crushed.

    Junsu: Hyuk Jae, of course I'll be there for you. So, just hang on and I'll be there pronto.

    Eunhyuk: Thanks Junsu.

    Junsu: Anything for my best friend. Hang on alright.

    ~END OF CALL~

    Eunhyuk hung up and sat there as he waited for Junsu to get him. After waiting for a while, Junsu reached the park and gave Eunhyuk a hug.

    "Don't worry. Time would heal you slowly." Junsu said as he tried to comfort Eunhyuk.

    Eunhyuk let go of Junsu and sighed.

    "Time, huh..." He said softly.

    "I'll be here when you need me alright." Junsu said as he gave Eunhyuk a squeeze on the shoulder.

    Ever since that day, Eunhyuk felt like his relationship with Jee Yun became more further apart. Eunhyuk felt torn whenever he see her with him or when she talks on the phone with him.

    One day, Eunhyuk went back to the same place where he confessed to her and sat there. He had a single rose with him. He stared at the rose as her look kept appearing in front of him.

    "Jee Yun, can't you see how torn up i am deep inside? I love you so much. Because of that i can't keep on being a best friend to you. I'm sorry if i broke any promises but this feeling i have is just unbearable. Why can't you see me?" Eunhyuk said to practically no one.

    Tears fell as his tears fell on the rose. He wanted to wipe it but it was useless anyway.

    "Hyuk Jae, I'm sorry." A familiar voice spoke.

    Eunhyuk stood up and turned around and saw Jee Yun standing there with tears rolling down her cheeks. She walked closer towards Eunhyuk and stood in front of him with the bench as an obstacle for them to get closer to each other.

    "Hyuk Jae, why can't you just accept the fact that i have someone I love?" Jee Yun said.

    "I can but I'm just so torn inside Jee Yun ah. I feel like that guy is just like this bench in front of us. His and obstacle for me to get closer to you. Even if i step further in front, i still can't just walk through it and go to you." Eunhyuk said as he took some steps forward till he stopped right in front of the bench.

    "I want you to be happy but my chest just hurts so much that i feel like I'm suffocating. I want this pain to go away but no matter what I do, the pain just stay there and remain the same. I love you too much Jee Yun ah. If i can't have you as my own then, it's better if we would just stop being best friends." Eunhyuk said bitterly.

    "Hyuk Jae, don't do this." She said as she walked forward but couldn't get closer to Eunhyuk.

    "See, the bench is the obstacle for us to get closer to each other." Eunhyuk said as he took a few steps back and walked away.

    "Hyuk Jae, please don't leave me." She said as tears fall from her eyes.

    "Just being a friend hurts me more then not having you at all. I love you. Can't you understand my feelings? I'm sorry Jee Yun." Eunhyuk whispered in his heart as he walked away further from her.
