• The night shone with a lazy grace. Buildings shone with dim lights that let you see the occupants inside. all was normal work varied by news reports. in one of the more recent news flashes 5 criminals escaped with an exsperimental serum that allowed one to control elements around them. people were worried about attacks going on around them. 3 sightings have been reported so far and only 1 attack. In this attack they ripped apart a state prison near the area and released everybody inside.

    in a dark alley a man was walking while humming a song to himself. the man wore a trench coat made of a thick brown fabric with a fedora made from an odd cloth. he always carried a gun he had registered named midnight. due to some time in the armed forces not only did he get to use it but he had a right to carry it almost anywhere. In his mouth there was a lollipop that tasted like strawberry-kiwi.

    As the dark alley started to close another man started down the alley. This time the man wore a bright red jacked that shined, pants like the jacket, a shirt that could barely be considered such that was green, and bright red shoes. As the men got close they stopped and looked. one of them would have to back up to let the other one through. The man in red said "let me through and I might just let you live." without any formality. "If you so insentant about it why don't you back up?" The man in brown clutched at his gun. "Don't think I don't see your little peashooter there. just back up and I might let you live." the man in red, his nickname is Fyre, said holding up one hand. "I know you can. I also know that you are a thief that took that new liquid they were testing. Now if you could in my wallet you would know that I could arrest you this very second." the man in brown, codename Burst, said pulling out his military I.D. Fyre looked shocked for a moment but then remembered his power. "Not today you conformist b*****d!" A large jet of flame shot out of Fyre and flew towards Burst. Mid-flight the flame split in two and dissapered before even reaching Burst. In a flash Burst pulled out Midnight, a sub-machine gun, and put 14 rounds in Fyre's legs. the latter fell in pain and started swearing trying to express his pain.

    "You should of checked. To make this easy I will ask this. Where do you think they got the idea for the liquid in the first place?" Fyre looked shocked and then Midnight was pointed at him. "Now I will make this quick." and with only a small puff a bullet peirced the skull and left the body limp. After a few moments a tall man appeared behind Burst carrying a net. "Well now what do we have here?" The man threw the net over the body of Fyre. Burst said "well Fang it's bout time you showed up." And with a single gesture he jumped over the Fang. "Gee Burst you sure have alot of luck."

    Burst looked slightly annoyed and said "It's not luck. also about the liquid. It was actuly memory water. its a substance that, when put in the body, gives certain information and memory to the person. Now they took his info from people all over the world and they have backup so its no real loss. the only problem is that they don't know the health risks of it so that is why it was "exsprimental". The only reason I have to pursue them is to keep damage to a minimum." Fang looked intent and was recording details.

    "Not many know this but Burst is actuly the most powerful warrior around. He has control over most of the elements around him. he came from another dimension but he never tells much about that. for lack of a better word he is very self improving. he gets new power all the time. He is the only one who keeps this world from tearing itself apart. I don't know if we can trust him but I do know that we can't do anything to stop him if he wants to destroy us. and if that day comes, god help the poor b*****d who started it."
