"Check" said Rox as he put the piece onto the checkered surface of the board.
Raith sat, wondering how he was going to counter against the move his brother made. His yellow eyes staring right through the chess board.
"Give up yet?" asked Rox gleefully.
"You already know the answer to that." Raith snapped. He picked up a piece and placed it back on the board.
"Dammit, wasn't expecting that."
Raith just sighed, wondering how his brother talked him into another game of chess. It wasn't like the facility didn't have other activities to choose from. But then again, he and Rox have been playing since they've been kids. Guess it was just a pattern they fell into.
"Checkmate!" Rox exclaimed victoriously, as he danced his victory dance. Raith rolled his eyes at Rox's movement. Then he felt it, they were staring again.
Everyone in the entire room stopped to look upon Rox's dancing. Almost hypnotized by the movements he made.
It was not just the girls, the guys were all staring tentavly as well. Every time.
"Rox, your making a scene again..." Raith said dryly. Rox stopped and saw the eyes affixed to him.
"Whoops..." Rox, blushng furiously, sat back down in his chair quietly. The others kept staring at the pale, white haired boy.
"Knock it off you creeps!" Raith said in a calm, raised voice. They were immediately snapped out of the trance and resumed normal activity.
"Sorry..."
"It's fine." Raith sighed.
"Why does that only happen to me?" Rox asked.
This way true, Him and Raith were twins, same DNA and everything, but those leers only happened to land on Rox.
Then again, if you looked at them you wouldn't know they were twins. They were the same basic build tall, thin, lithe. Rox had white hair, violet eyes, and his shoulders adourned white feathery wings, like that of an angel. Raith had brown hair, yellow eyes, and black, satin-like wings sprouting from his back.
"I don't know, maybe cause your the angel?"
"Arent devils the thing people should be lusting after though?"
"Maybe, but I don't prance around like you do, Cherub." Raith smirked
"I told you to stop calling me that!" Rox laughed. "Besides, I wish I could repel people like you can"
"Thats not really a power" Raith sighed. "I just wish to be left alone, other people pick up on it I guess"
"How do you distance yourself from others?" Rox asked "You don't make ties with people, how do you live that way?"
Along with different appearance, they had different mindsets too.

"Hm?"
"What is it Raith?" Rox asked.
"You don't feel it? That strange feeling?"
"Now that you mention it..."
