• Akira: The Darkness Pt 20!
    -Nijix’s View-
    Akira fell back asleep peacefully, and started to snore. I knew this was a good sign so I went out into the market to buy some groceries. I locked the apartment door and made sure all the windows were closed before I went out the door.
    ~10 Minutes Later, Market Place~
    I found some ginger, soy sauce and so on for the week. People are so rude these days, it’s always run or get trampled. I chose the trampled. After getting my regaining balance again I saw Kino, his hand full of groceries as well, a frown upon his face.
    “….I would rather kill you but…Nami has me doing chores.” Kino mumbled to me. Oh joy, at least Nami can keep him grounded like a dog. Well since she can transform into almost anything he should be afraid. Last time he talked back to Nami, she turned into a dragon and ate him. He survived since she threw him up.
    “…I’m just here for me and Akira…why do we meet at the most awkward places?” I asked him. Kino shrugged and laughed a little.
    “Because we are awkward brothers. Just think of it as, a time for us not to sort of fight.”
    “We always fight, haven’t you noticed?”
    “It is our destiny, remember? The dark always kills the light.”
    “I’m going to break that destiny. Remember that Kino, you’re going to die this time. Not me.” I started to walk off back to Akira. Kino placed a hand on my shoulder.
    “You said that over 1500 years ago, and you still failed.” Kino chuckled and ran out of the village with his bags. Nami waited for him at the gate and they walked away, she waved at me but I kept walking.

    -Akira’s Dream-
    I was sitting at a coffee shop with Tiyo. Even though he is dead he still grew, his hair was still cut short, but he wasn’t skinny as a stick anymore. His muscles developed more and he was 6’7ft high. And I’m a mere 5’0 I hate my height. He sipped his coffee.
    “I’m just going to be in your dreams for a while. Until the time is right. So how is your life Akira? Met any nice guys?” Tiyo smiled.

    I smiled back and told him about what happened after he died. He nodded and hugged me whenever I cried. I knew he really cared, then I told him about all the sort of good things. Like when I met Nijix and he showed me I need to have fun. And when I first met Nami before she was with Kino. For some reason I told him about the time when I walked in on Nijix naked. Tiyo stared at me for a while, and busted out laughing.

    “Oh lord! My Little Akira don’t you know you should NEVER bust in a bathroom when a guy is in there?! My you have grown up so much, and in so little time.” Tiyo laughed and smiled, he touched my cheek. I blushed, but I didn’t know what he meant by in so little time.
    “So…what have you been doing other than thinking about me?...” I know this is a stupid question but I had to ask.

    Tiyo slumped in his chair, and tilted his head the other way. He stared into the distance, his waved his hand and we were in his old palace before he was kidnapped.
    “I was…watching over my people. I was…being regretful. Akira you must know something. Your life is going to change even more than now. You’re going to be in more danger now that I am in your dreams. I won’t be able to help until the time is right. Nijix, he is a sly but nice character but..if you must know he is hiding something from you and Kino well, he has something to deal with it.” Tiyo was getting very edgy. He tapped his foot in agitation, I hate this secret it has everyone on edge.
    I need to know the truth. What is this damn secret?!!
    “Tiyo, tell me right now what in hell’s name is this secret? I’m getting sick of Nijix being uneasy each time I ask, it’s even getting to you!! AND YOUR FREAKING DEAD!!!!” I yelled at Tiyo and screamed. My hands were shaking. Tiyo stood up and sighed.

    “ Nijix and Kino, are one in the same. Nijix is the light, and Kino is the darkness. They are over 18000 years old. They are reborn with the same features. And same attitudes. Nijix always dies since Kino kills him. And when Nijix helps people, they die. Akira you may die, you may die in a horrible way. I am just a old soul, a regretful soul. Nijix is the Light. Kino is the Destructive. And I…am the Regretful. We are all in your story until you die.”

    I couldn’t believe what I was hearing, Kino is Nijix?! Nijix is Kino? Everyone is bound to this earth forever? Except me? I will never see them again If I die….never. I would be alone each time I am reborn. Alone…again.
    “I won’t die….I will try to make everything better, for you, Kino and Nijix! I don’t want to be alone again! I won’t die, I’ll help Nijix kill Kino. I’ll help you be at peace!” I pleaded.
    -Tiyo’s Mind-
    You can’t do that, unless you break our hearts Akira. And if you kill Kino, you kill Nijix as well.
