• I woke up in a dark, cold room, my mouth held a dirty rag, taped in with duct tape. My wrists rubbed raw from rope digging into my skin. Terror coursed through me as I looked around frantically in confusion, “Where am I?” I thought helplessly. I screamed through the gag, but it made a faint noise. A dripping noise could be heard from the corner, and I heard a scurrying noise.
My heart rate increased very quickly, increasing the knot of fear that pounded within my chest. Suddenly a lock rattled, and a door swung open; it revealed a bright white light and the silhouette of a tall figure. The figure walked towards me, its steps echoing in the cold room, “Get up.” It grunted with indifference, I obeyed. Staggering on my feet, I struggled to follow him out of the chamber and down a long cement hallway.
The man turned to look at me with pity, “Come here girl.” He growled, waiting for me to come to him, he gripped my shirt in his fist and brought my face close to his, “Do not try to escape, you will be hunted down.” His voice lowered, making him sound demonic.
I nodded quickly, I had no wish to die, but I feared that soon I would. Quickly we came to another room, this time; it had a light and a large metal table. Next to the table a portable tray with a vast array of tools stood.
Tears came to my eyes, “What’s going on? Why is this happening to me?” I thought in fear. The man shoved me roughly in the direction of the table, “Lay down.” He ordered, I obeyed, trying to the best of my ability, to get on the table.
Soon, I lay on my stomach, with my arms still tied behind my back, on the cold surface. I felt myself being flipped over; my sea green eyes me with harsh, ice blue ones. The man smiled an evil, sadistic smile, “Don’t worry, it will all be over soon. All we want is a few,” he stopped and ran a rough hand down my side, “Organs… maybe we’ll have some fun. Just relax and we’ll let you free.” He hissed into my ear.
Tears flowed freely down my face, my hair stuck to my forehead, “Please! Please! Let me go!” I tried to cry, but the gag muffled my scream. The man quickly bound my ankles to the table and un-tied my hands, only to re-tie them to the table. I lay spread-eagle with my arms in a ‘V’ shape on that cold, hard surface.
I felt the man pull off the tape, and my gag, letting my mouth free, “Please! Please let me go! I didn’t do anything! What did I do to deserve this?” I cried hopelessly, “You crossed our path.” He growled in response, slapping me, knocking my head to the side, “Now shut up!” he yelled.
Blood dribbled from my mouth; my cheek had been cut by the force of the blow. I glared at the man, but kept my mouth shut. Quickly another man entered the chamber, he held a syringe in his hand. Slowly, he made his way up to me, “Hello Jessica, say your final words.” He said in a hiss before plunging the needle into my jugular, making me yelp and wince from the pain.
I felt dizzy, my vision clouded over, and I felt as if my blood was made of thick goo, moving at a slow, agonizing pace. Soon my vision turned black, and I faded into unconsciousness…

I woke up in a warm, comforting room. My head rested peacefully on a fluffy pillow, and a thick comforter covered me, “W-where am I?” I croaked sorely, looking around the room, “You’re in the hospital, can you remember what happened?” a man who was clearly a doctor asked, “Y-yes.” I whispered.
He nodded and came to stand closer, “Well Miss Jessica, you were obtained by some men who wished to kill you and sell your vital organs for money. This is just one of many instances that are yet to be stopped. You’re very lucky to be alive.” He explained, I grasped his hand between mine, “Thank you, thank you so much for saving me.” I said with gratitude, he smiled, “It was my pleasure ma’am. You will be ready to go home in a few days. All that was removed from your body was a kidney and parts of your liver, but you’ll be fine after some medication.” The doctor told me, I nodded, “Okay.” I said quietly, “And there were some signs of sexual activity.” He added almost under his breath, but I heard, “I’m not pregnant right?” I asked frantically, expecting the worst, “No ma’am, but we will have you checked over the next few days for any vaginal problems.” He said, I nodded, “Thank you doctor.” I said.

I sat on a plane on my way home, the night sky passing by in a whirl of colors, “I hope I make it home safely.” I thought fearfully, when suddenly I heard a familiar, cold voice in my ear, “Though you could get away so easily did you?”
