• Chapter 3:It was all Lies

    We were driving for hours when I realized we were not heading towards Phoenix, but away from it. This concerned me and then it hit me. We were heading to the council so they could decided our punishment.
    “Aunty I thought we were going to Phoenix” I said with no emotion in my face looking out my window. I felt her eyes turn on me along with Andrews.
    “We are” said my Aunt.
    “No we aren’t, I know this road by heart and it’s the road to the council” I shouted.
    “I’m sorry honey, but you need to be punished for your crime” said my aunt with no emotion.
    “You lying b***h” I shouted. Andrew suddenly opened his door and tumbled down the hill. I went for my seatbelt and then opened the door.
    “What the hell are you doing” questioned my aunt as she grabbed my hand. I jerked my hand away. This cost me to lose balance and I fell out backwards. I tumbled down the hill and landed on Andrew. I got up and pan shot through my body. I knew I was going to be bruised, but I had no time to worry about that. Andrew got up off the ground too. My aunt had stopped the car and was now making her way down the hill too.
    “Run” I shouted as I took off. Andrew was behind me within seconds and we ran as far and as fast as we could. My aunt was thirty-four so she wasn’t as fast as us fifteen year olds. We ran for miles and eventually we knew we lost her. We were in the forest somewhere.
    “We should find the road to see where the hell we are” I said.
    “Good idea” said Andrew. It didn’t take us that long to find the road, and it turned out we were in the little town of Hollow Wood. That was at least 700 miles away from my home town. Phoenix was only another 300 miles from here. I’m glad my wallet was in the back pocket of my jeans and still not in the car with my crazy aunt. I decided we would buy the necessary supplies and hike out way to Phoenix. I found a little store that seemed to have everything in it. I bought a bag, ten bottles of water, chips, candy bars, and a bunch of other stuff that would get us through for the next couple of days.
    After we were on our way and I still had about $500 on me. We would stop for real meals at fast food places if there were any around, but we mostly ate the junk food I bought from the small stores we saw along the way. On about our fourth day of hiking we found a hotel, and decided to stay there for the night. In the room Andrew was laying on the bed next to me staring at the ceiling.
    “What’s wrong?” I asked a little curious.
    “Nothing I just wish I had a condom” said Andrew.
    “Oh” I said. I started to wish he had a condom too. He looked over at me and smiled.
    “Don’t worry about it we can always check the next store we find.”
    “Yeah I guess, but that could be awhile.” Suddenly he was on top of me kissing me. He pulled off his shirt then mine. I held him close he was so warm. My bra then came off and it was on the floor. I knew what he was going to do.
    “Andrew what are you doing?” I questioned getting a little turned on. By the time I was finished asked we were both fully naked and under the covers.
    “You want to do it?” asked Andrew. I could tell that he was really horny, but he didn’t have any condoms.

    “Yeah” I said all giggly.

    “I love you too.” We fell asleep in each others arms not bothering to get dressed. The next morning we woke up late, but that was ok. We had all the time in the world now. We left around 2:30 P.M. We stopped at a store to pick up more snacks. Around 4:00 P.M. we had to stop for about twenty minutes. I had this massive, painful cramping in my stomach. I wondered if I was going to start my period soon. Unless I conceived a baby. I put my hands on my stomach and rubbed it. I then had the need to sit down. Andrew was a little ways ahead of me.
    “Andrew wait something’s wrong” I shouted. He stopped and turned to look at me as I sat on the ground. I put my bag beside me and Andrew came running over.
    “What’s wrong?” he asked with worry.
    “Quiet let me concentrate.” Then everything went black and the a bright bluish-white. Did I just die? Suddenly pictures started to flash before my eyes. Some were memories and others were things I didn’t recognize. I then launched into one that I didn’t recognize. It was of me standing, then I was sitting on the ground staring off into space, rubbing my stomach. Then it changed. It was an egg and a sperm uniting. I then snapped out of the vision. I let out a gasp. I think I just had a vision that told me I was pregnant.
    “What’s wrong?” asked Andrew.
    “I think I”m pregnant.” Andrew’s eyes got huge. I got up and hugged him for the longest time. Eventually we started walking again and walked a good chunk of the night. It was a long trip, but after a week we had finally arrived in Phoenix. We rented out an apartment and decided what we were going to do from there. We decided in a two months we would see if my vision was true. We decided that we would go to a boarding school called House of Darkness. I would transfer my bank account away from my family and we would both try to find part time jobs. This would work out I knew it would.
