A sharp piercing scream comes from the dark figure in the centre of large ring. I watch in anticipation as to what will happen next. The cheers, shouts and laughter does not cover the sounds of steel on steel. The croud around the ring all crushed in place as it is filled with people thrilled to watch the fight between warriors.
I look up from the battle below and stare at the crumpled statues around the high, dome like celing of this arena. My gaze, trapped upon the beauty which is shown by the curves of the figures of demons - fitting for a Hell-hole like this.
My attention is then ripped away as the many people in the crowd jump in histerics, all cheering for the winner of the battle. As i stand and peer down, I see just one man stood, whilst another lays in a pool of blood and dirt. The sight of this makes me cringe. A man covered by honour, glory, and the blood of another poor soul. The blaze of fire which shines from the torches around this place show him clearly - the deep blue of his armour and silver of the chain mail, both stained with red.
