The two of us sitting in this empty place
A candle light illuminates your lying face
That smile you've worn for who knows how long
Is decieving, hinting that something is wrong
I touch your cold skin, a shell with no soul
Like a puppet who's master can no longer control
With tears in my eyes, I turn towards the window
Mocking us outside is world we can't go
And I turn to the door which had always been locked
To see you walking away with no intention to stop
With the key and my hope, you've suddenly left
The longer you're gone, the more I forget
So enjoy your new life while I lay here alone
Hoping that this candle can keep me warm
