Noone dare come here.
This land is ghosts.
Noone dare live here.
This land is death.
Noone dare see this.
This land is Chernobyl.
The welcome sign lies.
The air says turn back.
The trees that once lived here.
Now hollow and black as charcoal.
The warnng sign tells truth.
You shall not pass.
This church should not be here.
As this land has no god.
The graveyard is full.
With bodies of the poisoned.
These houses now as hollow as a straw, collapsing and dark.
Chernobyl, the word as frightening as disaster.
Once held 50,000.
Now as quiet as an empty tomb in wait.
A carnival which once held children's laughter.
Now this image is hell.
Noone dare speak of this place.
Noone dare speak of Chernobyl.
