My heart fell out the window,
and I feared it'd hit the ground.
My heart fell out the window,
and you turned on right around.
My heart fell out the window;
you caught it before it broke.
My heart fell out the window,
and you stepped out from the smoke.
You gave it back to me,
nearly perfect and intact.
But you took a piece on with you,
like a cherished artifact.
Our friendship was unintentional,
but it soon showed that it could be
the best thing in the world--
at least, it is to me.
And if our world were to end,
I'd know you'd pull on through...
'cause you'd have a bit of me
that you can carry on with you.
I can only hope and pray
that I have a bit of you,
that I took a piece of your heart
and can carry it with me, too.

- Title: My Heart Fell Out the Window
- Artist: Chaotic_Theoretician
- Description: My mother said the other day, "My heart fell out the window," because she likes to come up with weird phrases to make into songs, so I made this poem. Tell me what you think, all right?
