    what do I do?
    I know I still have hope in you
    On the cliff we stand,
    not holding hands
    But our backs are turned
    livin' on separate lands
    You fall off the cliff
    I dash to save you
    because as I said before
    I still have hope for you
    I grab your hand
    you grab mine
    if one of us let go
    I won't be fine

    alone in this world
    to face the hurt
    feeling alert
    your care for me grows weak
    and you let go
    you fall in the dark abyss
    and into the snow
    I pull myself up and then look down
    sending you tears while wearing a frown
    I turn around and then I see
    Things that will cause me to flee
    like the corrupt society,
    and everyday problems and challenges that await me
    they stare me square in the eye,
    trying to make me cry
    but I still stand,
    waiting for you
    to climb back up
    and do what's true
    I know you will,
    I truly do
    because as I said before
    I still have hope for you
    I can't face this world without you
    not now, not ever
    Because I'm not pulling down the power lever
    I'm not shutting down
    I'll still wait for you
    because I won't care for whatever else you do
    just come back to me
    and stop this insanity
    and so I wait
    eager for your decision
    Hoping you don't have some bad vision
    and you are at the bottom of the abyss
    your clothes stained with my tears
    red with blood of the an emotional wound
    and I hope you don't fall for your peers
    But just know I'm standing
    here for you
